Apartments
One, two and three-room apartments. Each apartment is soundproofed, spacious and furnished with extreme elegance. It has a kitchenette equipped with fridge and microwave oven, 2 LED TVs, safe, air conditioning with manual adjustment, armored door, intercom, radio, cabin on the beach.
All apartments have a balcony equipped with table and chairs.

Together with your children we will have a lot of fun! Games, dances and entertainment! Animation at time slots. We have set up an area dedicated exclusively to children, to play in freedom and safety.

The swimming pool, equipped with hydromassage, free umbrellas and sunbeds , is ideal both for cooling off peacefully after a hot summer day and for children to play.
To spend pleasant moments in complete relaxation, the residence offers a large terrace facing the pool and bar service, both for sweet breakfasts and for sensational drinks at sunset.
Located in a very central and quiet position, very close to the famous square of the dancing fountains, we offer our guests many services like a hotel, but without time constraints to respect!
Bike Hotels Services
FINALLY THE FIRST BIKE RESIDENCE!!
We know how important your passion is, even Luigi, the owner, was an amateur cyclist, and so we created an equipped workshop for your trusted friend on two wheels!
Don't worry, the Bike room is locked , the bicycles and all the equipment are safe, you can count on it!!
You have a corner to wash your bike and hang it on hooks so as not to damage it and maps with itineraries of various difficulties.
If you want, you can also request an expert guide to come with you to discover Romagna with its villages, castles and all the magnificent landscapes of the hinterland or to feast your eyes on our panoramic views along the coast, away from the chaos of the city!!

Manu and all the wonderful staff of Residence Margherita would like to offer a mega aperitif for all customers every Wednesday!
This year there will be free tastings of many ROMAGNOLI products, from flavored oil to the legendary piadina... freshly cooked!!

We have various partner restaurants , so you can eat real Romagna cuisine! and for Margherita customers...you will receive a 10% discount on the list price!!!!
