Every morning, from 7.30 to 10.30 , the two-floor buffet at the Hotel San Marco offers a rich selection of fresh, homemade products . From fresh bread to cold cuts, from local cheeses to scrambled eggs with bacon, to hot baked desserts, you will find only the best.

The restaurant of the Hotel San Marco expresses the best of Romagna , using local and sustainable raw materials : seasonal fruit and vegetables from the countryside of San Giovanni in Marignano, meat from non-intensive farming and fresh fish, preferably from our sea.

Every evening, from 7.15pm to 9.15pm , a 0km buffet celebrates Romagna cuisine, curated by chef Andrea Guglielmone and director Gianni Castellana. With handmade pastry, freshly sliced ​​mortadella, local cheeses and fresh fish, each dish is a tribute to tradition and the territory.
