The Suisse Apartments in Cattolica have been owned by the Morosini family since 1955 for 3 generations.
The family welcome is the winning card for you to spend your holidays at the seaside, our availability, our smile and our local advice will accompany you throughout your stay at the Suisse.
The Apartments have been completely renovated in recent years, so every comfort is at your complete disposal, from the internal parking and garage, to the swimming pool , from the lift from the ground floor, to the air conditioning , from bicycles to washing machines , from modern furnishings. and comfortable on the fully equipped hob: microwave-large fridge with freezer, dishwasher (extra and plus two-room). Our Suisse Apartments are located just 30 meters from the sea , in a privileged position, unique in Cattolica, in the pedestrian Viale Bovio in the center next to the Piazza delle Fontane Danzanti, away from the noise and danger of urban traffic.

Our wonderful swimming pool whit a panoramic view allows you to relax and have fun as it positionated at the back of the residence on the roof, out of view of others. 11 metres long and 7 metres wide, 1.40 mt. deep.
A cool place for the hot summer days. Your children can play and swim whit no worries as you watch them. On the large solarium around the pool which is equipped whit sun loungers and deck chairs you can relax, there are also hot showers and then a small fitness for your wellbeing.
