Residence Mina, opened in 2010, is a new and elegant two story building and is situated in the most charming area of Cattolica, 150 mt from the shore, a short walk from the new sea port and promenade that connects Cattolica and Gabicce Mare.
Residence Mina is open all year round and hosts 6 single, double and triple apartments all of which are sound proof and enjoy central heating and air conditioning.
All apartments are of various size and are complete with queen size bed, full kitchen (utensils, stovetop, oven, dish washer and freezer-fridge), bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and living room (TV, pullout sofa bed, table and chairs). Some apartments have a spacious balcony.
All apartments must be rented for a minimum 2 weeks stay
MONO: Air conditioned studio apartment on the ground floor, ideal for 2 people. Living room area with queen size bed as well as pullout sofa bed, full kitchen, shower TVC and washing machine.
BILO: Air conditioned apartment, ideal for 2 + 2 people. Bilo apartment is complete with bedroom (queen bed), living room with pullout sofa bed and bathroom. The apartment is elegantly furnished and all have TVC, a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and some sport a balcony…
TRILO: Air conditioned apartment ideal for 4/6 people. Situated on the first floor of the building and is complete with one bedroom (queen bed), second bedroom (bunk beds), living room with pullout sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and small balcony. The apartment is elegantly furnished and all have TVC, a full kitchen and bathroom with shower.
ATTICO: Air conditioned apartment ideal for 4/6 people. Situated on the second floor of the building and are complete with 2 bedrooms (queen bed), living room with pullout sofa bed, kitchen, eating area, bathroom and balcony. The attic apartment is elegantly furnished and all have TVC, a full kitchen and bathroom with shower and balcony.

RATES INCLUDE:
- Room rent (arrival and departure on Saturday) 2 weeks or monthly rates (4 weeks) in MONO (2 people) - BILO, TRILO, ATTIC
- All utilities (water, gas, electricity)
- Use of kitchen, living room and bathroom with washing machine
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:
- Sheets and towels: €15,00 per person/per service (guests can supply their own with no charge)
- Obligatory cleaning service: € 40,00 MONO, € 50,00 BILO, € 60,00 TRILO
- Kitchen cleaning: € 30,00 (if not left clean by guest)
- CRIB: € 30,00 per week.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 250,00 per apartment
- THREE WEEK RESERVATION: 10% discount
ATTIC extra charge:
€ 100,00 for 2 weeks on TRILO rates
€ 150,00 for 4 weeks on TRILO rates
Availability: Apartments are available from 4:00 pm on day of arrival and must be left by 10:00 am on day of departure.
Reservation and payment methods: At moment of reservation a 30% deposit is asked. At arrival, full payment and deposit in cash is necessary.
Pets are not allowed.
